Static/Crackiling noise after turning off Ignition Switch

I am hoping you can help me diagnose this issue. My TSX started making this crackling (motorized) noise coming from behind the steering wheel or the instrument cluster when I turn off the car or switch position of the ignition switch. I already replaced the ignition switch (the electronic part of it) but that didn't help. Car has no problem cranking or starting up or any other issues or any aftermarket add-ons. Video attached on this link:

maybe some relay sticking, you'll need to take a look at the fuse box to determine the source of the sound

I too have had this sound for a few years. Replacing the ignition switch didn't solve the issue for me either.

That's your fuel gauge - try with a low tank of gas and an almost full tank and you'll see the noise is longer when you have more fuel in the tank, I've had this noise in my car for a decade and everything is just fine.

Wow that sounds interesting. I will definitely test this theory with the fuel tank
