Sport Shift Auto question?

Sport Shift Auto question?
I have a 03 TL-S and am considering a TSX for my wife. In my TL you cant dport shift from 1st to 2nd gear, the computer does it. Does the TSX do the same thing?

or it'll do it by itself.

Great..w/VTEC it helps to get the tach up into the 6's before shifting. In my TL-S when using the sport shift it shifts around 4k even though i would love it to rev a few thousand more.

No it won't, I've bounced off my rev limiter a few times to test that, there was no shift. You have to do it manually.

unless you bring the stick down to the bottom where 1 is, the sportshift will always change gears by itself.
