sold my TSX and very happy
I am sorry to leave the group as there seem to be so many of you.
But I have commited a error buy buying the TSX. I really wanted a Chevy.
Yes thats right!
I now am a proud owner of a pick up truck.
There is no comparison as much as you may want to, since its like apples and oranges in the end.
Hope you all continue to love the TSX. I am glad to be moving on to my first love. I just was taken by the looks at first and then saw to many of the TSX and did not like the higher octane either.

Congratulations on your new truck, and sorry to hear that the TSX wasn't for you. Chevy trucks are a blast to drive, especially in the winter. Which Chevy truck did you get? the 1500?
I used to drive a 99 Chevy Silverado for several years before getting a tsx. It was a great ride, especially traveling long distance.
Just make sure you don't tell anyone you got a truck; Only thing that annoyed me were the people who kept asking me to help them move stuff around.

Thats true, already I have had my friends ask me to help them move.
I got the colorado. the crew cab, with the inline 5. It seems to be the best size for me not too big.
Just put 500 kms on it the first day. gets good miles for a truck, about 30mpg, on the highway.

I know exactly what you are talking about, I still have my TSX, but my father and I recently (march) went halves on a new Ford F-150. He uses it for estimates and stuff for work, I use it to pull future boat or jetski. For his birthday i had it Rhino-lined and had a tonneau cover installed (looks soo much better IMO). Now i am just trying to sell him on getting some nice 20's haha. Oh well, congrats on the purchase!

I'm not into American trucks.. But the new Colorado looks good and I love the new inline-5 in that thing. Hopefully it will be a good reliable engine. Keep us posted on how it performs..
I personally want a truck also.. But I cant afford having two cars right now. After school I will most definitely have a sports car, sedan, and a truck!
The new 2005 Toyota Tacoma looks good.. It has the 4.0 V6 in there.. Maybe you should of waited for that?

The toyota is good but it cost almost $5000 more. No car or truck in the same class can cost that much more and be that much better than almost having enough to buy a small car on the side.
I am not a total american fan, but the chevy seems to be great so far.
The premium fuel is high, and yes the truck is also got lower miles, but not that much. A TSX cant haul stuff a truck can, I am no speed freak either. I just drive about 10 over the limit at times. The TSX was a great car, but it just can not compare to a truck or vice versa. If only the accord looked like the TSX. I would have maybe kept it.
So far the 5 cly engine is running smooth. It does sound a bit odd, not like a V6 but it does haul ass.
I can get about 600 kms to tank of gas, about 65L. Thats about 80% hwy use.

I'm just glad it didn't turn into a "I-need-to-tell-you-all-you-were-wrong-about-your-crappy-TSX-and-will-find-out-why-and-be-sorry-soon" type of rampage.
