So where are the 07's?

Anybody waiting on one? I was at my dealer yesterday and saw only 1 06 on the lot, and about a billion TL's...

Havent seen them yet. The $500 dealer incentive on the 06's is good through the end of january I think, so the dealers will hold off on the 07's as long as possible.

Im still curious as to if they actually come with the bi-xenons...

Precision Acura in Princeton, NJ has a few listed in their inventory. Haven't been there in a while, so I haven't seen them in person yet, though.

Do you think they are actually delaying shippment? Seems strange though, espically for a dealer like mine that has only one I saw on the lot.

It depends on how stacked with 06's they are. The dealers around my area still have a bunch, but you may see them sooner than later if they only had one left.

I just find it surprising that no one has mentioned they've been waiting on one. I know their arent any major changes, but you'd think there would be someone out there...

I'm waiting on one....I want it for spring delivery. My salesman who I've bought a TL and a RSX from, will put a factory order in for me (6MT) in late Feb so I will have it sometime in April. (this one won't sit on the lot so no neophite manual transmission driver will have the opportunity to screw it up.....only I will have that privilidge!)

They'll probably up the rebate to make it more attractive.

the 06s are kept in stock, sometimes even brought into the show rooms to try and sell with rebates to walk-in's. Thats the key to getting rid of the few, show them to potential 07 buyers being that they can get them cheaper. The only problem I always say is they reduce the price something like a couple of thousands, but being that it's a year old, once the car is driven on the lot, imagine the depreciation on and used car and on top of that a year old car, I kinda think your lossing in the end, but thats just my train of thought.

That's why I love the TSX. My dealer was like, we can have one shipped from Japan, considering it's built there. And I was like, well, what's all those nice CGP TSX's doing on that huge truck over there, and then hours pass by, and I have my new car

Do you mind if I ask how much you paid and where you're getting it? I was waiting on pricing but now that the invoice pricing is out, I'm hoping to but a deposit down this week (if the dealers are willing to come down off of MSRP). thanks!

Price is not yet finalized. I was quoted $28,205 with the nav for the '06. A deposit was not required since the saleman was a good friend of mine from college I've also been in the market for a used 6 speed/nav but they are rare and they do retain their resale value very well to the point where I'm better off picking up a new tsx.

My dealer actually lent out '07 as a loaner today and its sitting in front of my garage now. It had 11 miles on the odometer and I redlined it few times already.. haha.. 06/07 sure does have extra punch compared to 04/05 models.

There were four 06's left on the lot and they had to truck mine in for what I wanted but they had '07's coming in that week.

I drove by and they have 07 in the window.

talk about varying RPM for the break-in period...

Please let us know what dealer you patronize, so those of us who want their new car not abused by people like you, will refrain from doing business with them.
