1) someone recommend a Silicone Spray ?
2) Honda AntiFreeze (pre-mixed $15/Gallon) worth the money ?

Leaves an anti-friction coating that eliminates sticking and squeaking, and lubricates and protects plastic, rubber and vinyl.

Waterproofs fabrics and leather too.

Yes it is a Honda product and I have used it for years. It should be available at the dealership parts department.
