can some1 tell me how to remove this rust or is this just dirt? Has this happen to any of you?

If it's on there after it rains or the car has been sitting a while, it's perfectly normal. After a good application of the brakes, the heat will have that dissolve away. You have nothing to worry about. A bunch of the cars that are on our lot have a little rust on teh rotors, but it's no issue at all. Trust me.

good to know.. I was going to ask the same question. But I'll ask this instead - how does it form so quickly?? Is it because the rotor is constantly a 'fresh surface' due to the consistent application of the brakes?
