I know this has probably been covered before, especially with rock chips on the hood, but what are some of the best methods you guys are using for rock chips on the plastic bumper. I have a very small one near the license plate that I think would be easy to repair, but am unsure of the product/method to use. Its deep enough that I can catch my fingernail on it. BTW, I have an 08 NHBP.

well being that deep, you'll need to get some factory match paint.
you can get it from ebay or the dealer.

and after getting that, combine it with a product like Quixx.

This will not stop happening, Acura's have absolutely horrible cheap paint.
The only way to stop it from happening is a clear bra.

The dealer gave me a touch-up paint pen. It is better than nothing but not excellent. Welcome to the rock chips-others recommend getting a clear bra. My 06 has alot of them after 16 months of ownership (bought new) and almost 40,000 miles. (mostly highway with alot of trucks)

you are lucky if you just have one. it is not too late to get a clear bra. it is worth the investment if this type of thing bothers you (since you are posting, I am assuming it bothers you). just dab some touchup paint on it. if you want to get really anal about it, you can get the Quixx repair kit as mentioned above or you could get the Langa kit.
