Ok so i have a 04 a cure tsx. It had gotten Into an accident and the driver door was just dented in so long story short it's a rebuilt salvage title now.

My light in the headunit is dead. My car has 95k on it wi a rebuilt salvage title.
I was reding through the tsx and notice the extended warranty on the head unit to 100k 7 year. Will i still be able to get this problem fixed even with my rebuilt salvage title. Obviously it's a Acura defect.

 

There are folks on here who work in service departments that might have a better answer, but I'd be surprised if dealers do a title check before they do maintenance. I think your bigger concern would be if there is any visible damage still on the car that would cause them to start asking questions. But if the car is clean and repaired, why wouldn't they just fix the unit under warranty? I wouldn't bring up the cars history - you don't have to disclose that kind of history just to bring a car in. I'd take it in and see where it goes.

 

i took it in once dey did a car check once already but the head unit is a defect so i dont know if they will fix it
