The tint will take a bit of time to cure. In hot dry weather this can happen in a day or two. Cooler and more humid weather will take longer to cure. I suspect that like certain types of paints there may be some limits at the extremes (like freezing conditions) but I'd expect your tint installer to let you know.
Bottom line is I don't thing there are any long-term impacts, but it will take a bit longer to cure completely in some condtions than others. Don't move the windows for a week and you should be fine regardless.
Humid weather can be better for tint film installation because it's tougher to control dust when it's dry.
