a quick question - trans fluid change

well my car is already going to 92k and from what i know my trans fluid was never change, i just recently started to feel my car a little weird while it shifts gears ( 04 AT ) so question is...would it do any harm if i change the trani fluid at this point? ive heard that if it was never change, then is a little risky to change it at high miles because the trani is use to the old fluid or something. anyways what do you guys recommend?

its a bid hard to get under and drain it.. you can get the pump and pump out 3 from top. Pump 3, fill, drive around for a few days, and redo the process..
