Quick help (m3 lip spoiler) wrong size???

I ordered the m3 lip spoiler last week and it came in the mail today, i went to install it (iv done it before) and it seems like its too long for the car.

The ends hang over the sides and when i round off the spoiler to make it fit better the angles of the two sides look wrong (dont flow with the trunk). Could someone measure theres and let me know how long it is?

Mines 46 and 7/8 inch long on the longer side of the lip spoiler.

I got it from xenonspecialist

Heres some pics of me holding it up to the trunk...what do you all think?
Has anyone dealt with returning items to xenonspecialist?

You need to contour it around the shape of the trunk lid. It's the best fitting M3 spoiler comparing to the other shorter version.

If you search for xenon you'll find a lot of threads. Most folks seem to think it's the best fit - haven't heard much about it being long. The other brands seem to be short - my rburns spoiler is about 1" short overall.
