Each TSX has a code for the navigation system and audio/radio. If the power is cut (ie: disconnected battery), then it'll ask for the code.

To get the code, you'll need to go to an Acura dealer. I think they charge you for looking it up ($80 I think?). Or I could be totally wrong on the price. If you got the owner's kit/bag, you should see a card that has the codes on it.

Now, if you're talking about a pin code on the address book, I'm not sure about that one, although I hear if you disconnect the battery, you'll lose all your settings/customizations.

In the 06 navigation system, the pc slot isn't used for anything. I think it's "factory use only". Not sure if the 05 got to use it for something else...

SoCal is right about the code. It's not a owner code, it's a anti-theft code. The code should be in the original documentation that came with the car, assuming you have it all.

The PC slot is used by the manufacturer, I think for software loading and at the moment there are no uses for it by us owners.

Congrats on your new TSX and welcome to the forum
