I just went w/ my uncle to pick out a TSX and he was offered:

$27800 for an at black w/ nav.
$1100 for a 5yr 100k extended warranty.
$600 for lojack.
Plus tax and DMV fees I think the OTD price was $32200.

Do you guys think this was a pretty good deal? It's a $1400 savings. $1200 off of the car, $100 off warranty and $100 off the lojack.

 

Hm, I don't think it's that good of a deal, but then again, I don't think any deal is "good" enough unless it's below or at invoice.

 

I paid $900Cdn for 7yr 130000km extended warranty! And I paid invoice + $500Cdn for the tsx, which is $2300 discount. But different area has different demand on the car, however, I think the demand on Toronto are quite high as specially on 6sp PWP.

 

I got my CG w/nav for almost 28k even a few days ago with the salesman knowing I needed to buy that day and take delivery the next so I knew they were going to jack it up a bit since I had an immediate need for a car. So 27800 isn't too bad but under normal circumstances I would have not paid more than 27,500.
The 2005s will be coming out soon! No need to pay more than that. Even 27,5 is like 1k over invoice.
