Pollen Filter Question

Make a hole, coming thru!
Wow, roguemoog, that's One Dirty Filter. If you don't mind, I'd like to post that image to the DIY thread ... how long was it in there? (I know, 24,000 miles. But ... a year? 18 months?)

Haha...I know...I can't believe I didn't do it before. I just completely forgot. I bought the car at 15k, last February. So it's been 14 months I bought it (I drove a LOT last year).
The first owner bought it in September of 2005. I wouldn't be surprised if it was in there from day 1. If that's true, it would put it at 39k and 2.5 years.
Feel free to use the image however ya like.

Thanks ... if the car was serviced by the previous owner at an Acura dealership, you could find out if the pollen filter had been replaced during prior service. If only to satisfy your curiosity. It's supposed to be changed out roughly every year, or "as needed," so it's not likely IMHO that that's the original.
