Poll: Better or Same?

Do you guys experience better fuel economy than advertised which is
EPA fuel economy, city driving 21–22 mpg

Are we talking calculated or wishful navi-computer thinking?
My first tank was godawful at 18 calc, 20.5 navi (I was learning stick)
Ever since then the worst I've gotten was 22 calc, 23.5 navi.

My lowest average was probably about 23 mpg. That was around the time I first got Hondata I think
