My fiancee and I just moved to Phoenix from sunny Seattle -

Question is - are there any TSX meet ups in Phoenix - I don't see many Acura's on the roads down here - he drives the TSX and I drive an Accord - it would be great to meet people down here with the same "Honda" interests.

Haha, what a small world...........even though TSX is totalled, i'd still meet up with you guys. Im from Sea-town also, but live on scottsdale & greenway.

I have a 04 accorc coupe, white slammed on gunmetal rims.

 

So lets plan something for the weekend after next. We can go somewhere in Scottsdale,

A friend just told me of a detail shop they like- Danny's Car Wash (on Scottsdale and Frank Lloyd Wright)

I will check it out and let you know. Maybe I can talk them into letting us detail our cars......whatever ends up working - I'm in.

Wow that's nuts. I live in Chandler, AZ and was and moved down here from Seattle also!!

 

Danny's is the place Acura of North Scottsdale told me they use for details, but when I drove by, I saw what looked like a *regular* style car wash. I didn't see any kind of special care taken with respect to MF cloths only, or any special precautions for 'particular' people like me. Drive in, give them the keys, get car back with swirls twenty minutes later. Been there done that, no thanks. I would love to be proven wrong, though.

 

It's funny that the Seattle group is taking over Phoenix.....must be something about it.

Thats cool about Danny's, it was just a referral and you know how those go....some good....some bad.

 

Like I said with respect to Danny's, I would to find out otherwise. For now, I will stick to the DIY places with the bays you pull into to wash . Are there any in Scottsdale?

 

So where do we stand on this, how many peeps would like to have a meet and greet.

 

I am out for this weekend. I am in the middle of moving from Tucson, and should be settled by Monday. Good thing it's nice and cool out.....

 

Did you guys hook up already? I just saw the post and was wondering if anybody meet in AZ as well! I'm around the whole month of July pretty much. If you guys hook up lemme know! I'm down!
