Thumbs up Patience Summers

This is a neat place to check out what dealerships have done for some customers. I applaud the efforts of those who report honest scams and honest goodly things done to/for consumers. I have always treated my customers with respect and I have always lead my customers to the best deal for them. Only twice in my career could I not beat another dealer's price and both times, I spoke with that dealer and sent my customer there. I've recieved countless referrals as a result. Email me at cpatience_summers@yahoo.com and I'll give you a great deal on a car.

Bullshit. You lied to my face before and you are lying to this board now. I was one of your customers and you attempted to rip me off. You never cared what is in my best interest only what will put more cash in your pocket.

What's your name? If you were one of my customers, then who are you? What you have posted and are posting are flat lies. Now, if you were a customer who wanted me to lose money on a deal, I am sorry, but I just can't do that. From what I understand, you're a car dealer...and so is coachfraley...just slamming another dealer who is moving more cars than you because our prices are better and our service is excellent.

Like your very good friend tsxgirl91760 said, "I still havn't heard anything that holds any water" from you. Since we are not happy with our experience with you we must be other car dealers. What kind of logic is that. Couldn't it be possible that not everyone is treated well at Metro Acura?!?!? I came here, told my story and I let it go. Can someone check the IP addresses of cpatience_summers and tsxgirl91760 to confirm once and for all that they are different people.

Well - I don't know what's going on here completely, but I do feel like I need to point out that tsxgirl91760 is coming from a computer at the dealer in discussion here. Not sure if these are the same folks, but it is definetly the same dealer for both of these ID's.

I think whoever is representing that dealer needs to set the story straight here for the TSX user community that reads this.

so cpatience_summers and tsxgirl91760 ... what's the deal?

Oh...I'd go WAY out on a limb here and say...it's the same person

Forgive me if I add to your current Owned status Ms Summers (can I call you Miss?).....but I can't resist.

Remember this post?...

Deception is not your policy? Your whole presence as TSXGirl was one big deception..

It's awfully strange to set up an account (TSXGirl) and then talk about yourself in the third person...must have felt strange huh? Kinda like playing James Bond or some superdy duper secret double agent....not.

Oh..let's not forget this one..

..yeah your being honest.. you just forgot to put the 'dis' in front of it. You pretend K's your customer....yet she's typing from the same IP address as you.. Bahahaha...

..when will the fun end?

c'mon Summers we're on to you already....we were on to you like 10 posts ago. Anyway, since your cover's blown open like it got hit by a 15,000lb Daisy Cutter, just come out and give us the low down...what's your version of events?

..and don't ever post with the TSXGirl account again....lest I fall off my chair in irrecoverable laughter..

Are you kiddin ...she's probably googling right now tryin to figure out what an IP address is..

Anyway, Metro's a pretty cool looking dealership..and they're a Precision Team dealer, so they must be a good place.. So Summers, you obviously do a better job than the impression you're giving us from this little stunt of yours. So again, why don't you just give us your version...got nothing to loose..good thing about being at the bottom of a hole (or 1000ft shaft) is you can only go up... Lay it on the line and I promise I'll be serious...and maybe even leave you alone.

lol..

I agree with you 7. Not exactly a great chain of events and a bad way to go out for Patience who seemed to care enough about her and the dealership's rep to stage this. (nice pic too)

..and if we didn't visit all the dealerships that people have complained about we wouldn't have our cars..

Don't worry P - I'll change the avatar soon.. Just couldn't resist.

As far as our IP addy goes, there are several pcs here and I did not sign on as K. I am serious about my dealership's reputation and I am a very good salesperson. I make it a point not to allow my customers to be lied to. I am very anti-pushy and I always show my customers more than one way to purchase their vehicles. I am not talking lease here...I find out what my customers want in their vehicles and then match it to the vehicles I can get to them and stand back and say, "now, pick"... Other salesmen might say there is one and only one way to get this car into your budget...Other salesmen say, "This is the one and only route to take on a test drive" Other salesmen might say, "You have to come in right now and buy now" The only sense of urgency I have to put on my sales is if a car is hot and will sell without a reservation...because I actually CARE. I was brought her from another dealership on my reputation for not grinding, working long hours and effortlessly selling a lot of cars...because I CARE and don't pressure things my customers won't need or want. Thanks for knocking someone who shops other dealerships & tells her customers what to look for in the other dealership, as opposed to mine and how to get a real quote...not fake low-balling. I send all of my customers to kbb.com and edmunds.com to check invoices, trade values and I lay EVERYTHING out on the table with them...60% of my job is knowing the tricks of the trade and showing my customers, so they will go with my dealership: because we were something the others weren't...HONEST. Oh, & K really is one of my customers. K bought a black TSX from me...Black interior.

Some noobies just come in here and face the wrath of "USE SEARCH!!!". Some just don't know how to type. Some even make ridiculous statements with no facts....

But this one has taken the cake as one of the stupidest stunts I've seen in a while. I've been surfin' forums and groups for eight years and people use to do this all the time back in the day, but I thought people would have quit doing this type of thing a long time ago. Obviously, I was also stupid to make such an assumption.

Wow, just wow.

Coincidently, I have a similar funny IP story.

Back in college, I was stalked by an ex. She worked in the Registrar's office at the school and would print out my schedule and follow me around campus. Well, one day, I started getting these weird threatening emails from a hotmail account. I confronted her and asked her to stop. She told me that it was one of her old boyfriends in California that was going to beat the living bee-jesus out of me. I keep receiving the emails and I just kept thinking "This has to be her". So a buddy in my frat house whose an engineer asked if I wanted to look up the IP source of these emails...

Side story: This same guy created a program for his senior project that searched through the school email accounts and print the passwords to each account. He was stopped when the program started to drain the school's servers by using up like 70% of the server's resources. He got an A. He works for Quest now.

...So Mike traced the IP and found that it was coming from the university system and that the IP only differed by the last digit between her emails and this Cali guy. Found out that she was using her roommate's computer. Her roommate told me that she was sending those emails. I confronted her, she started crying... it was ugly. She was an elementary school teacher last I heard... creepy.

But I have to give props for this girl trying to stick up for her dealership.

Junkster, who read through the two threads and found it very entertaining.

A leap of faith:

You want to get a real quote to check the market on a car? Here's the only way to get a real quote, no low-balling because they can't get it to you:
Call the dealership(s) & ask for an equally equipped car, tell them how you are planning on buying and say you don't care about color...just the equipment...something on their lot right then... Say you will walk if they haggle you any higher & then, upon recieving the quote, tell them your zip code and say, I meant out the door...I want the out the door price...not the selling price...I want to know EXACTLY what I'm dealing with...All a dealership needs to give you an out the door price is your zip code. Keep in mind that they cannot equate financing charges, but the T&L is more than possible.

Why did TSXGirl stop posting?

I guess she must have locked herself in a bathroom in the dealership with her laptop in order to make those posts. Good thing nobody noticed the ethernet cable running into the bathroom. If she stopped posting, maybe something happened to her in there. Someone should make a sweep of the restrooms to make sure she is ok.

This thread just gets better and better. I haven't been this entertained by a thread in a while... can we call this the Thread of the Month? This lady is such a crock at this point that I really want to call the dealership and tell them about what's going on.

So much fun...

Junkster, who thinks someone should post those funny pictures about failure and stuff right about now.

Nah, they have wireless routers at Metro Acura.

Patience if your not sure where to find TSXgirl, start by looking in the mirror.

After this fiasco I'd really question the intelligence of anybody on this board who buys from Metro Acura, specifically Patience.
