Ordered my car today :)
Hey All,
I signed a contract on a Red, 5AT, Navi TSX today. I got $1100 off, and $4500 for my Civic trade in, for a net out-of-pocket of $25k. I dealt with Ali at Metro Acura in Philly, and not only did everything go extremely well, but she's cute, too
Only hard part is that I have to wait about a month for the car to come in. Hopefully they can find one earlier, but they had one coming in halfway through May that has my name on it. I've been looking at cars for over a year now, and I finally decided, after looking at everything $30k and under, that the TSX is the car for me.
I can't wait until I get to drive it off the lot

TSX Allocation...
It took SunnySide Acura in NH exactly 4 weeks to allocate my TSX. The car is just sitting there, waiting for me... but I am only going down to NH in the end of May. I have an Intel Channel Conference in Boston that week so I will be taking a bus down to NH and taking the new car to MA and back to ME. Should be interesting... LOL.

Yeah, I know, automatic isn't the most manly choice....
But I have had a stick since I was 16 (22 now), and both times I've driven to the dealer, I've sat in traffic for over 45 minutes on the way there, and I'm just sick of the clutch. I do a lot of talking on the phone (yeah, I know), swapping cds, etc, and the stick just got old. I'd probably kill someone trying to change cds, play with the nav system, and shift all at the same time.
Besides, the girlfriend lives in Chicago, I will be living in Georgia, and when she comes to visit, it would be a lot easier overall if she could drive my car (She can't drive stick). So yeah, I traded in my balls, and ordered a slushbox.
