by this you mean the weight or the brand? again, try doing a search on this subject you will find a bunch of usefull information.

The weight is on your oil cap. If you change your oil according to the maintenance section then you can use regular oil... but if you are the type that sleeps better at night knowing you are using synthetic oil... then use Mobil 1. If you want the absolute best oil, then try Amsoil.
