Hey NYC guys,

I was wondering where you guys get your car serviced. I bought my car from DCH Monteclair Acura in NJ which is pretty far from my house so I don't want to drive that far for service. I am looking for good courteous service department....preferrably one that will give me a loaner even if I didn't buy it from them.

I am fed up with Rallye Acura in Roslyn. They won't service my car for the recalls (trunk wire harness, buzzing from front speakers) or front seat shifting in less than a day for each. They want me to drop off the car to them over night and they will not give me a loaner because I didn't purchase the car from them. They are ridiculously expensive also....trying to charge me $350 for a 20k mile service with only does an oil change, tire rotation, and checking fluid levels and various other things. Now get this, because I didn't purchase the car there, they said they will only look at the car on Tuesday, wednesday, or Thursday? :wtf:
