New WDP 2007 - Weird Chime Noise

I just picked up a WDP about 2 weeks ago and I love the car. I noticed something weird the other day. While driving on the highway, a sort of chime came through the car speakers, but I cant pinpoint what it is or why it happens . Anyone else have this happen?

This may sound like a stupid question...but do you have your seatbelt fastened? And does your front seat passenger have theirs buckled? I don't know. That's the only time when mine beeps at me. Just a thought.

Yep both front seatbelts were fastened when it happened. But maybe there is something wrong with the sensor. I will try driving in a parking lot without the seatbelt and se if the same sound comes up

k, in your original post you put WDP which is a TL color, if your tsx is white its PWP(premium white pearl)

Used to be in my old TL, if I had a small passenger (like a petite girl) in the passenger seat and she leaned forward off the seatback, she would set off the "Passenger Airbag Off" light.

Hasn't happened to me yet in the TSX but maybe they put a chime in to go with the light.

I think I have narrowed it down to when I release the brake pedal. Called the dealership and they suggest waiting for 1000 miles and if still happens, then to bring it in.

That's hilarious!! Gee...in 1000 or so miles you should be REALLY annoyed by the beeping.
What do they think...that it will magically go fix itself in 1000 miles?? Gotta love the dealership service department. If that were me...I would have driven it to them and told them to keep the car until it's fixed. You paid enough for the car. They owe it to you to make it right...NOW. Not in 1000 miles.
