New tsx Owner, couple problems

Hello all, i just bought a 04' tsx with 198k on it. car runs and drives beautiful, I have the dreaded NAV restarting issue, had a local electronics guy fix the cooling fan in it and works perfect now, next i am having a problem with Cruise control, It doesnt work, The "cruise main" light comes on but it wont set why not? I also have the VSA light on and Check engine, Check engine light is for the CPS sensor and O'2 sensor which im ordering, why would the cruise not work? last problem is my Passenger front door lock doesnt work, all the rest do, is that a easily replaceable part? Thanks in advance all!

I hope you got a good price on the car. With all those issues I wouldn't have touched that car.

Anyway I can answer the door lock issue. You'll need to remove the door trim to replace this and there is a DIY guide in this site for it. I'm guessing that if you didn't fix the cooling fan you probably aren't that handy to replace the door lock. At least for me the cooling fan would be easier to do over a door lock. There is a guide on this site to do it if you want to.

As far as thepassenger front door lock, the power door lock actuator has failed.

actually i replaced a door lock actuator in a lexus GS that i use to own and i just wanted to see if the TSX was about the same which it is, also the cooling fan i just had an electronics guy do for cheap cause i didnt want to mess with it.... Im still stumped on the cruise control not setting and what would be causing the VSA light, i guess im going to have to take it to honda to check out the VSA can honda dealers do that ? i have an acura dealer here but im guessing Honda is cheaper just like VW is cheaper than Audi per hour...

Call them first, my Honda dealer won't touch a lot of things on an Acura. Or check with a local shop that works with imports.
