New TSX owner!

Hello I will be on this forum often now since I just got myself a 08 TSX AT w/out navi, white with black interior. I'm kind of sad that I didn't get the navi but these things happen when you are only 20 years old and money isn't always in your pocket. Anyway, I got it from Power Acura of South Bay for $25,637+TTL = $28,079OTD which I think is a really great price. TSX inventory is getting low and they had to do a dealer trade to get me the color combo I wanted. It's raining here in Socal so I will post pics up later.
Here are some of my pictures of totalled accord that I used to have.. this stupid guy T-boned me when he ran a red light:

I have multiple piece rotors!! haha.. I had to be hospitalized for torn spleen after this..

Welcome that is a great price. You will enjoy the car, too bad is not a 6mt.......
How much did the insurance company give you for the accord? and
how much is insurance running you? since you are 20 years old and with a record of accidents (even though it wasn't your fault) I would suspect is up there. sorry just curious.

Thanks for all the welcome! I picked up my TSX today and I love it! Yeah I used to drive so much with my Accord that I had 67000miles when it totalled.. and it was purchased january of 05 so do the math.. More than 22000miles/year. That hurt my car value a bit but I still got $14400 from the insurance for totalled accord. The car doesn't look that bad but there is a frame damage and estimate came out to be about $15k so yeah it was a pretty bad accident.

HANEUL, ask for Sam Akiki, he's the internet sales manager. I'm sure you can get the same price if you ask for it. I also got wheel locks, mud guards, and fenderwell trim for free, but those were already on the vehicle when it was in the other dealer's lot and I didn't even have to ask for it. I personally think the fenderwell trim looks really tacky but whatever.

I will take pictures tomorrow with my new digicam I bought today, Canon SD870. I had a digicam in the Accord when it got towed and the towing company stole it so I had to get a new one. MOFOs seriously.. I wish I got a 6MT but I drive about 100 miles a day and I didn't want to spend too much time shifting 1 and 2 in socal traffic.

Anyways thanks for all the welcome and I will be sure to take pictures and post it up tomorrow!

Did you get it from Nadeem? I got around the same price there a few weeks back and the guy was pretty easy to work with.

Some of the people were asking how to get the deal - I got the same price at that dealership (Power Acura South Bay) with Nadeem (Internet Sales Manager).
His number is: (310)972-1636.

The quotes for a non-navi were $25,637, and the navi for $27,620.

I liked dealing with him and would recommend - tell him Vincent sent you if you need some kind of referral

When I was searching for my TSX, he gave me the lowest quotes. The quotes were so low compared to the others, that I thought he was just trying to get me to come in. I was going to head to Irvine and then him next...but I ended up going to my local dealer first and when he saw I had done my research, he used the invoice price (instead of MSRP) to sell me the car.

I'm glad I have my TSX though....it's had no problems (except when I loaned it to my brother for a week, he brought it back with paint chips).

I got my car from Sam, but I think the dealership just pulls out $25,637 for anyone, and I didn't bother to haggle further because it was such a good price. Plus I got some other goodies along with a great deal. Does anyone take their acura to Power Acura of South Bay for a service/repair? I want to know if they are good with the cars or not.

BTW, sorry HANEUL if I stole your potential white tsx haha. But I don't think that white tsx that the dealer had on the computer was mine, since my TSX came from other dealership and was never registered into the Power Acura inventory. They did have a white one but not with a black interior. Enjoy your black TSX, and maybe we will run into each other. Do you live in Torrance? I will keep my eyes open for a black TSX with Power Acura license plate lol

Hey congrats on the new ride there, she's gorgeous. Well I'm glad that you were able to walk away from that accident. Hey I also love my TSX, yes it's a lot of fun to drive. Hey I live close to Torrance and work in Torrance. Perhaps we locals (South Bay) who drive TSX's, acura's for that matter should met up.

FoBuLous, I've taken my car to Power Acura of South Bay, and I had good experience. Well all that I done was an oil change, but the service folks were very nice and professional. Hope that helps.

Yeah, I'm surprised you got the bonuses - they wouldn't budge in giving me any more options (cargo net, floormats, wheel locks, anything). But the price was good so I had to jump anyway. I ended up getting a Carbon Grey, seems like manual is impossible to find this late in the game. I drive to downtown LA everyday anyway, so it's probably for the best I got an automatic.

And congrats on the new car

Power Acura South Bay does have an Arctic Blue 2008 TSX if anyone wants one. They stuck it in the show room because they said they can't find anyone to buy it. So if you've been on the search for one I'd give them a call.

Edit: Someone said they got free oil changes and service? I didn't get any of that, although I didn't buy any service packages either. Oh well.

On the options, I mean I didn't get anything with the quoted price - sounds like you did.
