What's going on everyone. I just got rid of my nightmare from hell, aka my jeep, and now i'm awaiting the dealership to call me for my '07 acura tsx with navi...anyone have any suggestions on the first mod or anything else ........

 

first and foremost welcome! you should try and use the "search" function as it will be your biggest aid. anyways, some of the better bang for the buck mods have to be: hondata ecu reflash, rear sway bar, and cold air intake. good luck ...

 

i suggest tinting first.
enjoy the "stock"ness of the car with oem intake, jus regular setting. smell the NEWness hehe
what ppl do in the beginning stage of mod are

Cold Air Intake
Hondata ECU Reflash
Sway Bar
Coilcover Drop
LED conversion (license plate light, interior)
Xenonmatch (whiter) fog bulb

first im getting tinting done...5% in the back and 20% in the front. then i want to change the interior to blue led's, get the illuminated blue door sills, and then make my fog lights much brighter to match the hid's...if anyone can send me in the right direction for that, i would greatley appreciate it.

Have you added your name to the list for the illuminated door sills? I believe they are in pre-production stages right now, and we need 50 people to commit to buying them before they become a reality (we're at 36-37 right now). Find the thread in the Performance & Parts section and add your name .

 

yea i'm on the list for those, they look sick... also, which is the best company for blue interior L.E.D'S...i'm picking my car up tomorrow at Rallye Acura on long Island proibably at 10am.

 

I'd get a friggin' huge wing for it. I'm talking stadium bleachers. I think that'd be SICK!

LOL, and in that vain, how about some stickers. I hear you could get anywhere from 2 to 8 hp per sticker depending on how big and obnoxious looking they are.

If manual, the Skunk2 shift knob is a quick and easy mod.

modding is fun but its really what ur after that counts. don't just do a mod bcoz everyone else is doin it . torque wise ur best bet is a hondata reflash. you might also want to check these threads for more info.

is there a reason EVERY time on this forum someone asks what mods to do there has to be at least 4 posts about "rice" and "stickers" Gets old fast.....

As far as mods are concerned:

Performance:
hondata reflash
CAI
sway bar to help the TSX's obscene body roll
headers (combo with CAI gets the most out of reflash)
exhaust if you want the sound and look

Style:
tints
trunk lip
if you want JDM headlights get the JDM lips, taillights, and emblem conversions or you'll look silly
