Service records. That's a lot of miles on 4 years of driving...and I'd make sure they kept up with the oil changes, etc. (with 35K miles per year, figure 6-10 oil changes per year were needed.)
And as others have said, have the main areas of wear checked by a mechanic you trust, (brakes, transmission, axles, etc.).
Otherwise, assuming everything looks okay, that's a low price of entry for a great car.

How long do these cars last?..I know the accords of yesteryear like till 2003 all would soar till 250K at least
or what I should say...how well do these tolerate abuse? People neglecting to change oil and do anything..some cars hold up better to others
some are very temperamental and fragile

I personally own a 06 tsx. I have all the service done by acura/honda dealers. I follow the maintenance minder (oil life). I do mostly highway driving and still have the original brakes. My car now has 108K problem free miles. Love it-

My only other caution would be that you think about how many miles you're going to put on the car, or more likely, how many miles to you expect to get out of the car. If you're a 10K miles a year driver, then you should get a few more years of easy service out of the car. If you drive 30-35K miles a year, you may want to start off with a car with less miles.

Rushing into a car buying decision is never a good thing. You have to take time with these things and have a little patience.
I just got my TSX in early June but I was searching for the right colors/prices/miles/etc for over 4 months until I finally came across something that fit what I was looking for.
Is that car you're looking at from a dealer? Because from what I've learned, you can't get an '06 TSX, even at that mileage, for under 10K unless there's been some well known problems with that specific car.
If you're getting that car, run down the history, ask the dealer to give you a few days so that the car can be inspected by an independent source, and then if the inspection goes well, I'd say go for it. Like someone said earlier, also make sure it has been properly maintained though.
But honestly, at that price, I'd be a little leery of the condition of that car.
This is just my opinion but personally, at a 10.5K budget, even as reliable as Acura's are, I'm not even looking at Acura's because I just feel that something's not right when you can get a car that cheap at a dealer (That is, if you are actually buying from a dealer).
I remember when I was going through my first car buying experience back in 2007, I was at a 10K budget. Sure, it would've been nice to drive an Acura, but I just went with a good 5 yr ol' Honda with 50K miles (which turned out to be a mistake, quite frankly, after letting my fully loaded Dodge Ram at only 25K miles go and regretting it big time). But 3 years later, I got myself a nice 07 Acura when I found it feasible to spend over 20K for my vehicle.
These things definitely do go a long ways if properly maintained. I am aware of some TSXs that were poorly maintained being finished at 125K miles. There are also TSXs that can last for 250K miles if taken care of properly. I'd say it's a huge risk, but then I guess any time anyone buys a used car, it's a risky investment. Some more risky than others.
But certainly, the thing you have to figure into the equation is how long you expect the car to last. I've learned from my experience even with a used accord is that as reliable as a car brand may be, you're never sure what could happen down the line. While maintenance is relatively cheap when you compare it to some other brands, you could still be eating money. Believe me, I spent over $3000 in repairs on my accord over the 3 years I had before I finally said f it and got rid of that thing. The way I saw it, the 9.5K I spent to buy that car turned out to be a wasted investment as well.
Think it through, weigh a lot of different options, and consider your future as well in regards to how much you may be willing to deal with potential problems.
