Need to vent - re: my local Acura service dept (long)

Check this out ----

I bring in my car for a 30k mile check. When I scheduled the appointment 2 weeks in advanced I told the lady I need a loner. No prob she says. When I get there I find out the 30k check is "not a major" check for the TSX and they cant give me a loner. Anyways I explain my situation and they give me a loner.

Since I'm there I tell the Advisor guy about my front drivers side bumper (clip) and I think it may have fallen out or something. I asked about it in this thread here:
https://acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=19846

So I go pick up my car and the advisor said theres nothing wrong. I show him again and now he understrands what I'm saying. He also notices agap between the headlights bumper and how its not flush and she he wanted to fix that for me.
I didnt notice the gap until he pointed it out, but we compared other TSXs on the lot and they all have some sort of gap. He said he wanted to fix it anyways. I said fine, but cant leave it overnight and I'll bring it back Tues AM.

So Tues AM I bring car in and another advisor lady comes out. I ask for the 1st advisor guy, but hes off. Anyways I tell her whats wrong and she sees the documentation regarding my car and said no problem. I get a call late AM and she ssaid theres nothing wrong w/ the bumper and its "normal" and it sits that way normally. I say no way, the advisor guy and I check multiple TSXs on the lot and mine has the worst gap of them all. She disagrees, but then says that my OEM lip was not straight (what???????) and they'll fix it for me. I told her it is staright then she cut me off and said dont worry it'll be fixed good as new.

So i go pickup my car and what do I see??? My OEM kit is hanging off on the right side w/ no tape????? I go grab the advisor and she said she didnt notice. Im thinking WTF?? Then I notice some flex marks on my bumper. WTF??? She said she'll go fix it for me ASAP! So I said to her "What happened?" I dont know she says.

My car is now at the body shop getting "fixed" because they want a satisified customer. And whats funny is that a Client Satisfaction survey person called me a few mins ago asking if Im satisifed w/ their service.

Could be worse you could have been at Esserman and your anus would still be bleeding from the raping you would have recieved after being asked to pay some exuberant amount of money for things they fucked up, John J. Esserman doesn't even pretend to want to help you like they did, sometimes you can't blame people for incompetence, atleast they want to make sure you're happy.

What is the name of the dealership you brought your car to get service? I want to avoid that place.

See, this is the point where things started to go to shit.
In a nutshell: stick with the same one person.

He was off for a few days. And there seems to be high turn over now. Last time I was there (back in Nov) they had different staff. Now its all new.

Also w/ this dealership I used to get very good service. Not anymore.
