Need Some Input

Hey guys. I'm always looking around on the Off Topic forum and rarely need to say something here.

In just about a year now, the car will become 100% mine after a long wait. I've been doing plenty of early research on what I want to do. Biggest thing is a set of Advan 18x8 Kreuzer Series X rims . Will probably end up with some lookalikes. Also planning on a nice subtle drop.

There is one thing I can do in the very near future, and that's the installation of an M3 Lip Spoiler. My friend pointed out that, along with painting the badges black and getting some nice Tints, a black M3 Lip Spoiler would really look nice on PWP. Does anybody have any pictures/ experiences with a touch of black on a white car? I'm having troubles picturing just how it will look. I like the spoiler as is in white, matching the body, but what do you guys think about a black spoiler with darker painted emblems?

Please don't do it! Just look at a cop car to see what two tone black/white does to a car. Taste is subjective, but I would guess if you took a poll, 80% would be against it.

IMO I think the black would look funny on the PWP... like you were cheap and forgot to paint the spoiler, I think your friend is trippin!

here's a black & white 3G TL:

his is actually painted two-tone, with black running down the center and whatnot... using different colored parts (black spoiler, black underbody kit, etc) will just make the car look cheap, imo.

hmm, looks a little too extreme for me. just not my piece of cake.

I think you guys are right, it would look too cheap. I'll stick to white spoiler. I might tint and blacken the emblems later, but spoiler is something my dad would drive with. Thanks for the input, any other would be welcomed.

can't wait to be able to get a lookalike set of these

one more question, sorry for asking so many...

what spoiler is on this TSX? It just looks larger than the M3 Lip Spoiler, although it might just be the angle. I'm liking the look of this one

hmm. I found one on Ebay and realized what it was. Should I make my purchase ASAP or are they found frequently on Ebay?
