Need help on removal on paint.

I need some help here guys...i just found out that my car had some sprayed paint
on it...probably from the free way. The paint was like dots all over the front
wind shield and front of the car, and some on the side mirrors. I can get the
dotted paint off with the razor from the wind shield, but the front of the car is hard
to get it off. The head lights are diff. because it is plastic. I try to use the polish or
the wax but nothing happened. Should i use the clay bar next?

Razor? You must be hanging out with the guy that uses steel wool (or whatever it was) on the paint.

If you have access to a buffer such as a Porter Cable 7424, I would try using a non-abrasive cleaner wax..this should do the trick as this has happened to me before....the you'll have to wax afterwards tho....but that's the fun part!!!
