need advice

Iam currently experiencing rattles, and I am planning to go to the dealer to fix it, but I don't how to tell this to the dealer. Should I play the music and let them hear the rattle? or just tell them there are rattles coming from the doors?

You should try to *show* the dealer the problem. If you just *tell* them, they're likely to tell you they couldn't duplicate the problem.

This is true - if you can, make sure you demonstrate the issues with them.

If you have any luck, please let me know!

If your rattles are coming from bass/music then you definately need to show them because not all songs will do it. What you can do is put in a cd with a song you are sure will create the rattle and then specifically tell them to reprouce by playing cd1, track 3 ,..or whatever. Thats what I did and got my problem fixed.
