NaviPlus.tv - Check this out!

y0 they claim that this adapter is plug and play with the TSX:

NaviPlus is an interface that introduces a video feed from any video source you choose. NaviPlus interface achieves this by interrupting the video feed of the navigation system and introducing the video feed of your video source. At the same time it allows the navigation to still interrupt the sound of the video source and give the driver directions. One simple click and you’re back at the navigation function.

I don't get how that's supposed to work, it's just a cable.

The cable you see under the Acura page is just the cable that interfaces with the OEM wire harnesses. There is a "black box" that the cable plugs into with what looks like a wire for installation of a switch. It would be nice if their box could convert the Acura OEM touchscreen into USB and publish some drivers. Then we could all easily install car computers

Ok the box makes more sense. We have a vendor selling a similar kit for $150: https://acurazine.com/forums/sponsored-sales-group-buys-10/navi-video-conversion-modules-low-%24150-300560/

Is there some major hurdle that keeps people from being able to do that? Or is it the demand not high enough to make it cost effective, I wonder?

Converters to make the OEM nav screen display video have been out for a long time. Is this something new or different?
