after reading tihs post and ur post .. this is my opinion.
-His fault for puttin the dent on ur car. He should pay all damages unless you're willing to dish out money to fix dent.
- Both of u are at fault for the ACCIDENT to happen. You didnt listen to the warning to prevent the accident and him for not looking to cause the accident.BOTH YOU AND HIM could have prevented the accident bc he did say not to park behind his truck (if its true) for a reason .. he warned you .. yet its still his fault for not looking.
-Gas/Driving issue - I think you're the bad guy in this situation. If the CIvic friend suggested you to pitch in for gas .. you should have done it. Not say " oh i gave u discount the other day" or something like that. Friends will pitch in for gas if they have money becuase THEY ARE FRIENDS. I dont care what ur excuse is .. he is transporting you around in his gas guzzler ..the least u can do is pitch in for gas. So what u hooked him up with discount .. you're not pay for the disocunt . the place you work at is ... plus .. 5 -10 dollar for gas is nothing. If i'm not driving .. and my friend is .. i'd pitch in for gas if they ask .. even if they dont ask i'd sitll offer .. BECUASE THAT"S WHATS FRIENDS DO FOR EACH OTHER

people that talk shit behind your back are not considered friends. they're considered pricks. get whatever you can from dick's mom and go from there. so drop dick out of the trio and now you have "extreme duo". and if that doesn't work because you come to find out that he's just another dick, then change it to "extreme lone rider"
