Monster iCharger and iPod

I bought an iCharger and took out my compartment. From my understanding, there would be an input on my navigation where i would plug in a 3.5mm cable and then run it into the iCharger. I understood that I would not be able to change songs through the head unit but still output the sound to my speakers. I looked around with a mirror. What am i missing? I was pretty sure i didnt need an SNHOND3 since I just wanted to play out the speakers... Thanks

I Palidanx said, I would post in A/v and also tell us if you have an 04 or 05 with XM. This makes a big difference in terms of the ability to add an AUX input. If you have an 05 an adapter is being worked on that will allow you to keep XM, but it's still not quite out yet.

Sorry, I have an 04 with no XM and no plans to add XM in the future. I just want the ability to play out of my iPod without having to use a shitty FM transmitter.

Here is the iCharger btw... http://www.techdepot.com/product.asp?productid=2196866...
