How is the mileage so low? 4 mile commute. Some days I go the long way home

3.5 months, 5600 miles, 4 mile commute as well (to train).

I drive it back and forth to the poconos a lot (250 mile round trip) - I think that accounts for a chunk of the rest.

5000 mile service + rattles to be addressed Monday, if I have good news I'll report it.
