Metal Trim - How's it holding up?
Curious for anyone who's had the metal trim kit (the extra pieces) on whether or not you've noticed any peeling due to heat and whatnot.
I'm considering getting it but don't want it to end up like so much of GM's trim kits which just begin to warp and peel after being in the sun too much.
So.. experiences?

From the pics I saw, it's too bling bling.

I think it's too much as well, but I may decide to apply it selectively, like on the door arm-rests, and only the two covers in the center console. If you apply it all I think the center console is too flashy, needs to be broken up a little.
I think the "brushed metal" material in the TSX is a bit plastic looking compared to the brushed aluminum in my Accord, which looks really good.

Thanks for the feedback. Thinking of doing these, but was worried about it peeling up after a while in the sun.
I personally like the look. I dont care for the non-OEM set that much though, a bit too bright for my tastes.

4 months and out in the southern California sun (sometimes). The metal trim is holding up great. At first, I thought it might be "too much" too but yesterday, I took another one of my friends to a meeting and he also liked the look.
