Lemon Law Question
Lemon Law Question
Generally, the law states that the dealer must have attempted to fix the problem a certain number of times in order for an individual to be eligible.
My questions are:
Can this problem be something non-critical, such as a consistent rattle originating from the same part?
Also, what do you do if the dealer refuses any further attempts prior to reaching the lemon law threshold?
note: this is just a hypothetical question, as I am 100% sure Honda (let alone any other car company) would buy back a car because of rattles.

I have had a car bought back by GM before. The key is documenting EVERYTHING....from service visits to calls to the phone reps....EVERYTHING!!!
In my state you can get the car bought back for both mechanical and quality reasons.
Hope it works for you!!

As I mentioned in the first post, it's a hypothetical question. I used the commonly-reported rattles as an "example". I'm not stating a case here.
Please take your ritalin and carefully comprehend the post before shaking your heads.
I repeat, I am not trying to get Honda to buy back my car because of rattles.
OK...I missed a "not" in my original post.

I had a friend w/ a 05 BMW 540i who had problems with the adaptive steering (more of how the car felt during driving vs. mechanical) who ended up negotiating getting a replacement 06 at no cost. This is no small task as Germans don't like to admit their products have issues.

Perhaps you should go back and try to figure out, using your feeble brain, whether the 2006 TSX is a 1st or 2nd generation model. Then again, abstract thinking does not appear to be one of your stronger characteristics.

Elder? His posts certainly don't reflect this fact.
