Leather Seats & Maintenance

I will have to keep my TSX outside (in the Texas sun). Has anyone found some great products to keep the leather in good shape (to prevent early wear, cracking...)?

What type of maintenance do you suggest? Cleaning once a month followed by conditioner? Any specific brands work better than another?

I have the quartz interior.

Thanks,
Jeff

I condition once every month with Lexol and also use 303 Protectant. With that said, I've had my TSX for 2 years and the leather looks great!

That is true... I forgot to be specific. Use the Lexol on the perforated sections; use 303 on everything else.

When you guys are talking about 303, are you refering to the "303 Aerospace Protectant"?
If that protects it, what do you guys use to clean it?

Yes, the 303 product you mentioned is the correct one. To clean, you can use a mixture of turpentine and mineral spirits in a 50/50 ratio.

Ok, bad joke… I just use warm water.

There are plenty of leather cleaners out there and I also use the 303 stuff. Though I slide around a bit when first applied.
