Lamin-X fog light install question

I just got the Lamin-X precut fog light vinyl and was wondering how people put them on, more so about the flaps here.

Do you cut the flaps off or how do you tuck them? Planning on putting these on this weekend

I very carefully tucked mine.

Not sure if that was the correct means of application but it worked for me!

That's what I was thinking, otherwise remove the bumper then take out the fog lights which would be more tedious. Thanks

I did not cut mine off so I tried to wrap them around the sides.

has anyone try two plying the lamin-X? I have mine for over a year now and it's starting to look burn looking plus my lens are cracked and my current lamin-X seemed to be preventing it falling apart so i'm not going to even attempt to remove it.
