You screwed up, accept it. Are you such a tight ass that you can't take a little criticism when you make a mistake?

It's great that you love the car, but when you post something wrong, just suck it up and admit you're wrong. Coming up with excuses makes you sound dumber than you already made yourself appear.

LOL. I love how some of those CL-S guys act as if their cars were burners or something.

They do about a half-second faster in the 1/4 mile. Whoppeee. Still a FWD car.

No arguing with ignorance. If going in a straight line is all that makes them happy than god bless.

And lets ease up on the thread starter people. .

Geez People. Lay off the guy. Yeah he made a mistake about the car being an 06 or 07, but if you see what he was saying in his original post, he was giving our car props.

You're right.... They wouldn't.... They would just stop producing such a fine model and it would become a highly sought after vehicle.... Kinda like the Shelby GT

Nice thread. I wasn't all that excited because I've seen the tire monitor on the TL before so the 06/07 difference is more than negligable to me. Considering the only difference is pressing one button brings up an additional screen I look forward to the 06 holding it's resale value until the turbo comes.

I think it's hard for a guy who owns an out of production car to wrap his mind around how rabid we are to see a new model. Thanks for the compliments on the car. Sad to see you walk into the TSX forum and step on your nuts though.

I didnt buy this car to go fast. I sold my 400 rwhp camaro to get this car. If I wanted to go fast I would have kept the camaro. And to be honest anyone who buys a acura to go fast is a retard. They are so slow but I got one for the quality and nice ride. And just to let you kow 1/2 a second in a quarter mile is a shit load. I guess you have never been a racetrack

1/2 a sec is a shit load. If you saw a camaro that ran 12.5 race a camaro that ran a 13.0 you would not believe how much much faster the 12.5 would pull away. hahah. Trust me man I got out of race cars to get something nice

LOL. 1/2 second is such a big deal, you could accomplish it with bolt-ons on your old Camaro. Heck, a bad driver, bad launch, or mis-shift could cost you 1/2 a second. So, yeah -- it's a huge difference.

Sarcasm aside, I wonder what was the main factor for the lack of sales for the CL?My theory is that they may have had too much overlap with the Integra. Back then, if you wanted a luxury performance coupe, it was too tempting to buy an Integra for $10k less. While you certainly had a boy-racer-looking car, it was much more fun to drive, had better gas mileage, and came with some of the goodies of the time (power windows, mirrors, moonroof, etc). Acceration-wise, the GS-R had plenty of punch during its time.
