Joining the club: Ordered mine yesterday

2005 TSX Navi 6M

Projected March delivery.

Frank Leta Acura, St. Louis.

Drive away price, including splash guards and trunk tray, and including a trade-in for which Edmunds.com assigns a $500 "dealer trade in value" (1992 Civic), $28,059.50.

Can't wait!

1. if you mod, please post in the modified tsx gallery.
2. please join the SSM TSX Drivers unite thread
3. please vote for 6MT in the 6MT vs 5AT thread.

then you will not be a noob. until then you will be bombarded with trout!

Don't want to jinx anything - I'll wait until I take delivery. I doubt there will be any mods, but I'll weigh in on tranny, SSM, and the "sign in" threads then. In the meantime, please pan-fry all trout before launching, or grill 'em!

nice choice.
If you ever have service problems at frank leta take it over to Dave Mungenast st. louis acura. When I was living in the Lou I got the most amazing service from them and I didn't buy mine there either.

My favorite St. Louis drive is the 170-64-270-70-waterworks (behind harrah's casino on earth city) loop. Enjoy!

So if I have no mods and my TSX is black and I voted for 6MT I am no longer a n00b? That was easy

I live about two miles from Mungenast, and they've done most of the service on our two Hondas since we moved from Kirkwood to Des Peres (and since Willi Splisgardt closed up his shop), so I'm sure they'll see my TSX when the time comes. Thanks for the reccos, though! I can't wait to start enjoying the ride.

You did well. I ordered exactly the same car, color, transmission, nav and all, a month ago. My projected delivery time is May. El Paso, Texas.

And an update - they found one on order at a dealer in Ohio that has a build date of "right about now" and worked out a swap. So now they're saying late February or early March instead of late March. It's still longer than I'd like to wait, but hey I'll take any improvement!

We have no digicam yet, but my wife has her eye on one. Supposedly a model she likes is about to be updated in a month or two and she wants to wait for the upgrade (kind of like me waiting for the 2005 on the TSX).

So, no pics for a while. Sorry!
