From what I have heard its just the fog lights being added to the 06 models.... but correct me if I am wrong....

06 models have restyled bumpers front and rear. The dimensions of the intake openings are different along with the addition of the foglights.

Don't mind it at all. Would look better on slightly darker coloured cars if it's being left unpainted. I kinda like the unpainted look of black lips. I think the design needs to be simplified though. It's a bit elaborate and looks awkward on the lines of the tsx

 

Its not better then the current USDM oem lip
