so I just bought an iphone 4S and was wondering what is the best way to install bluetooth in my TSX? I see there are quite a few bluetooth kits out there and not sure which one I should get. I want it to stream my music/pandora, and answer calls easily over the car stereo.

Thanks guys.

am using the grom audio in my 2005 for awhile now, it really nice, a2dp, usb, aux. The model is click here, you have to buy a bluetooth dongle too in order to get bluetooth. This unit will does everything that you wants.

So without the bluetooth is the only purpose of it is to act as an AUX output? I currently have an isimple in my car but it only does AUX. It works great but I want bluetooth as well. So if I got the dongle I could choose between AUX and bluetooth?

Have you had any issues with music playback quality (stuttering, etc)? I have always been curious if one can generally tell the diffference between a straight AUX hookup vs. a bluetooth one. Does it pair up with your phone pretty easily when you enter the car? I take it, it works flawlessly using the steering wheel controls? I would really be curious if I could change tracks, when using motion x gps (great iphone navigator by the way)

Finally, is it pretty easy to install? Do I need to take apart my center console area, or can I just take out that little cubby and hook it up that way?

Thanks samnguyen!

ps - ebay seems to have a simliar device but from what I can tell it doesn't have USB. Any idea if this is the only difference? If so, it is quite a bit cheaper than the one you linked me to.

The other member explained it will do audio as well bro. A2DP is streaming BT so you have the ability to stream your songs wirelessly to the stereo. Kapeesh (as my late father would always say after explaining something very technical during my childhood)?

Yesterday I somehow got my HFL to turn on while using my Galaxy S3 in my car, I could hear the touch sounds of my phone in my car speakers, I tried to turn off the HFL using my steering controls, it wouldn't turn off.
I used TuneIn to listen to an online radio, the music was streaming through my car Speakers, I tried to duplicate it, I couldn't do it.
The key here is to get the HFL to turn on from your phone, something like, if you are using your HFL to talk to a person, and you are playing a radio on your phone, that music from the radio in your phone can be heard in the speakers also.
If anyone can find a way to turn on the HFL in your 07' Acura TSX, would solve our problems.

Welcome to the forums.

Since you posted this exact same post in 4 other threads, I deleted them since we don't really like that much repetition here.

I left this one open because this is the most recent thread, the others being 3 and 4 years old.

Thanks Ron A.
I was just trying to get my 5 posts down.

But what happened to me on 02/08/2014 was amazing, I had music streaming from my phone to my TSX.
Wish someone with much Android knowledge could come up with a solution.
