Hi guys - looked around the web but couldn't find any useful info on this:
this past week my INFO button stopped working. Then a few days later the SEL RESET button stopped working, too. All other buttons on the steering wheel work fine (audio, cruise, HFL phone).

My check emissions light has been on for a little while and I had it checked out. Yesterday the diag. computer said:
61-1 battery voltage malfunction
83-1 ECM/power train control module
P1009 cam shaft stuck in advanced position
P2183 engine coolant temp sensor
P0111 intake air temp sensor

I disconnected negative on battery this morning and let it sit abt 20 minutes before reconnecting. Emissions light came back on. Went to advanced auto and they checked the battery...everything was good. The Voltaage (12.75V), the cranking was normal, and the charging reporting no problems.
I thought my battery could have been weak and causing some issues but it appears it may not be....

Any ideas on why the buttons stopped working all of a sudden? 2006 Acura TSX w/ 95K miles...I'm the original owner. Thanks!!

 

Perhaps a bad ground. It sounds electrical to me if it has that many issues.

 

I haven't even the slightest idea how to test/confirm that. Any ideas where to even start? Thanks.
