OK, this is not the old, beaten to death green ring and blue ring thread.

Here's the thing, I forgot how big the lighted part was, I looked at key hole tonight, I saw a little dim green light just around my key, and nothing else around that. I thought there had been a much bigger lighted ring around that whole module.

Am I on drug, or has my lighted ring gone dead on me?

I think your ring has lost its zing. It's definitely a bigger light than just around the key. I can't remember who, but it's somebody's avatar.
