If you were me...

and you're have to trade in either your RSX-S or TSX for a super wicked deal on a brand new 2005 Legacy GT(but it's an auto since mother has to use as well ) which car would you give up?
Insurance on the RSX-S and TSX are the same and the S is $100 cheaper per month.

Since I have both as well, I'd give up my RSX first. Only cause I am not too crazy about the 04- models as much as the 05. That and my TSX is modded while the RSX is not.
While I love to rev the hell out of my RSX, I simply love driving my TSX under any condition, even though it never goes out in the rain.
Overall, my TSX is the first car I've owned longer than a year, and it would probably be the one car I would regret getting rid of aside from my 99 Integra GSR.

I'd give up the RSX-S, no question. I've driven both and even though the RSX-S is a little quicker, the TSX is so much nicer and better built IMHO.

Do you need a Sedan or a Coupe?

That's the ultimate question.

iamhomin, who'll give up the type-S.

I'd give up the RSX also. As fun as the car is, the interior in the TSX is a lot nicer and constructed way better.

The only reason I would possibly get rid of the TSX would be because the Suby and the TSX are so similar and want something different to drive.

I hate to be the one to bring the diverging opinion, but what's the necessity in having 2 sedans?

I wouldn't get the Legacy, but if you have to, you're better off keeping the coupe for yourself than the TSX. Especially that its a little cheaper.

I sure would hate to have to get rid of the TSX though.

I think it all depends on which car you like driving more the RSX or the TSX.

Eh screw the LGT...

I'd probably get rid of the RSX... the TSX interior is just too hard to give up...

I say if you can afford the TSX's higher payment, keep the TSX. Take the subbie out of the equation and decide which car you'd rather have, otherwise you will be settleing.

Also, if your mother will be driving the subie more than you, you'll be in the car you decide to keep more.

Thanks for all the replies and I'm on the same boat as a lot of people and the question of "why having two 4drs in the house?" is my biggest deciding factor right now. But I don't think I'll mind having two 4drs since I was always a 4dr guy.

Ahh, sure I do sometimes...it's healthy to want to race all types of cars.....

Well, I am a four dour guy too. I always have been. Also, if you plan on keeping your vehicle while a four door could come in handy...more room for friends, children....scratch that....I wouldn't want children fouling up the leather.

I guess on behalf of most of us, we think you should keep the TSX. And sorry, but it is funny that your mom will be able to stomp you with the subie.
