I finally bought my TSX last week! Got the 6MT CGP/EB Non Nav!

Today, my Comptech Sport Springs, Short Throw, and Rear Sway arrived!

I'm trying to decide on wheels, but can't find a good example. I am thinking about 18" or 19" Volk Racing CE28's. Does anyone have pictures of what this would look like?

Also considering Advan or any other really sweeeet suggestions!

I think a member named Dabuda has those rims. It's in the wheel gallery that Dan linked you to.

 

I like you five apples! It took me 3 weeks to have wheels and full suspension replaced. Are you trying to beat me? Hmmmmm.....Good thing I got that Navi converter and TV tuner comming....I told myself the mods would stop....but it's like crack! I can't stop! I hear the first step to recovery is to admit you have a problem. And I think the only problem I have is the time it takes to get this stuff shipped to me! Give me just one more mod....all I need is one more and I am done....I swear! Just one more!

BTW...Congrats one purchasing the baddest car on the road! Welcome to the family! Now drop it! Get the wheels on! And make the rest of the world wish they had your car!

Thanks! I highly doubt I will be able to get them on that quick... but that would be sweeeet! Yea, I told myself that I would just do a couple things... I've had it a week and the fun begins... my excuse... the ex cancelled the engagement... it's time to splurge!

I had an 04 tl 6mt for a year and i think i'm better fit for my tsx! i love it so far! the strut tower bar is on backorder but should be here next week or the week after.

 

CJ, did you get your rubbing fixed?

The car is still "capable" of rubbing but it doesn't anymore. If I hit a huge dip going fast it will rubb, but for normal everyday driving I don't rubb and I drive 55 miles to work on some pretty $hitty roads.



And 5Apples......Don't sweat the ex my friend. When I threw my new rims on the ride I had a phone number before I left the tire store parking lot. Ask stokeless what the ladies think about the TSX...he was big pimpin at the show fo sho!

Ladies break up and they shop for shoes to make them feel better.....Guys break up and shop for shoes for their cars to make it look better!

Mybe you didn't break up...maybe just postponed the engagement...you get it though!

And CJ~ yea, the girl thing sucks, but hey, I got a new car, so it'll take it all off my mind... maybe i'll sell the ring and get the volks and a supercharger! who knows! her loss... especially when i take the RSX back from her! It's in MY NAME!

Welcome! Personally, I like the Volk GT7's. They look like the stock wheels (7 spoke) but sooooooo much better.

 

yeah yeah we all said just one more mod how many times. well actually I have gotten past that I dont even try to say one more I just order the next and the next and the next as each paycheck comes in. I mean come on who needs to eat.

anyone have any recommendation between the comptech and the injen intake? i tend to go injen and it was sweet on my 6mt tl.

if she doesn't straighten her ass up quick and fix this mess then the ring will be on ebay and the tsx will thus be that much sweeeeter.

Oh it just started! I just bought navi to vid converter, tv tuner, alpine 5 channel amp and am getting ready to purchase the rest of the front 6 speakers. And I am still on a quest to get 8's in the rear deck! But that will be my last mod.....I swear!..........

 

BTW--If you take the RSX away now, she will come back for the wrong reason. Just make sure she doesn't trash it, the ngative equity grows the more she beats it up. (bitch)

Yea, I'm playing this one cool. She has 'til the end of the month to find a job and buy it. We've been apart for 2 mo. now and she just graduated and has had 10+ job offers. Granted, the engagment was great and it only ended because of the whole "find herself" thing, after 4 yrs, but I've been paying on it while we've been apart and it's time to cut it one way or another.

(If I take it back, i'm riding down there with a buddy with my spare set of keys and repo'ing that bitch)
