How tough is the TSX suspension?
Can it handle rough terrains at slow speeds? Also can it handle potholes at slow speeds? Does it have a rear adjustable suspension to get a wheel alignment on all four wheels?

Here in Oregon, we have bump roads so I should not have a problem driving on them? I was in the v-tech thread and was told that there is vtech fluid and needs to be replaced every 3 months. Is that true?

It depends on what you mean by bumpy roads. The TSX has fairly short suspension travel, meaning it will bottom out easier than other cars. I have moderately bumpy roads where I work, and I get jostled around quite a bit. My wife's minivan on the other hand, handles these ruts very easily.

I figure that was a joke. How would the car handle pot holes at slow speeds if someone accidently hit one. I know that the suspension on the latest integra was pretty weak.

oregon (portland specifically) has no worse of roads than any other city i've driven my tsx in.
i'm dropped fairly low on tein basics. it's a bit stiffer, but not bad. so stock suspension should be like riding on clouds

We should meet up sometimes and drive our TSXes around Portland, OR. I live in Hillsboro. Which service dealer is better: Ron Tonkin of Portland or Acura of Portland. It seems like Ron Tonkin does not know crap about their cars. just wondering.

portland here.. i came from a 2003 camry so the TSX is somewhat noticeably harsher on the bumps/rough road; I think i've been tossed around sometimes going through residential streets and road bumps. I still like the suspension though.
After seeing how easy it is to bottom out on the TSX and scratching the bottom of my front bumper, I don't think I want to lower my car from stock...

One car can't be good at everything. The TSX is relatively light with a fairly taught suspension and it's a pretty good handler for its size. Generally, this is a poor chioce for bumpy miserable roads. If this is the kind of driving you normally do, you'll be visiting the alignment shop. The TSX isn't weak, but not especially strong either.

my stock suspension took a great deal of hits in nyc
my poor aspec took greater hits even a bent rim and suspension.
both suspensions used about 40k miles
I felt they got too soft with nyc abuse.
Now running teins. those pothots give my ass a kick everyday. but im used to it.

Autozone stocks it right next to the blinker fluid. BTW, go with synthetic.

Jeez, the guy asked a couple of questions. He's obviously new to automotive forums. No need to pile on with all the same tired old blinker fluid/muffler bearing crap. You're all just so witty!
