how much did you pay to get your rotors re-surface???

Basic rotor resurface at a machine shop is about $12 - $15 each.

I bought 4 new ones, drilled, slotted and zinc washed for #120 form R1-concpets.

if your rotors are on the car, $100 doesn't seem excessive, since they have to charge you labor to take it off the car, resurface, and put it back onto the car. like JTso said, it should cost $15 if its off the car. Take it off yourself if you have the right tools and knowledge. It depends on how much life is on your rotors. you may consider getting new rotors ($100-$150 parts only)

During my oil change the i told them i hear slight sound when i step on the break and they told me after the inspection they found they need to resurface the front rotors and they are charging $200/- for it !!!

After reading the thread i realized what a ripoff it could have been..

I didn't do it and wondering is it worth to resurface the rotors or get the new ones..

Did you guys suggest a good place for doing this other than the acura dealers. I am in DC Area.

Pep boys did mine for 8.50 each.. off car..

I usually buy a new set, get those on the car and bring the old to store.. sometimes they dont have time and it takes 2 days.. can you live without the car for 2 days ?
