My original thought was to keep it about 4-5 years as we normally keep cars for about 10-12. But, there's no way I will be able to part with this gem for at least 10 years!

I'll be keeping mine for a very long time. Just bought a house and the mortgage dictates everything I buy from now on!

10 years for my 2006 TSX, just like the 1996 Honda Civic EX I had for 10 years and 230k.
Hey, the car costs on a per-mile basis the longer you drive it

10 years or as long it fill my needs. Kept my previous integra for 8 years, and it ran flawlessly at 140,000. I don't know why I sold it. Not one squeak, rattle, or one drop of oil on the ground ever, clutch was original - and that was with some pretty aggressive driving in SoCal traffic.

Being a Honda I'm confident that all you need to do is maintain it, not baby it, to reach 200k. I had a Honda that I thrashed all the way from 150k - 200k when it was over 10 years old and, had I wanted to pay to replace brakes, transmission, etc. (more than car was worth) it would've kept going.
