How to make the sun shine??

I've had my new TSX almost a week now and I cannot coax the sun to come out of the clouds. It seems to be raining a lot too, I'm not even sure it's a PWP TSX that I have. There must be something I can do...Help me Help me!

BTW, while XM radio is great, what about that FM reception? I am picking up stations at school, which is 40 miles farther out, that my wife's Jeep Cherokee will barely pick up at home. She has an Eclipse cd receiver.

Well....I was hoping for an immediate solution to my dilemma, like a magic spell or a "Sundancing For Dummies" video. Guess I could drive to where the sun is shining or maybe....wait....I've got an idea. People in my age group keep talking about this thing called patience. Sounds like a gimmick to me, but maybe I'll try it.

Why don't you get in your car and drive it to LA? It was like 75 degrees and sunny here today.

I'm trying really hard not to be a whiner, but I have not seen my beautiful new car illuminated by sunshine yet. Also, it's really dirty because of the rain. I have discovered how good it handles in the rain thanks to my effort to avoid every puddle and dirty patch of road.

Talking

Well try this. I got my car last friday. I had to drive it back during the SE Ice Storm. So it went from being detailed beautifully at the dealership, to covered in ice by the time I am home. Then since then the sun hasn't shown hardly at all once and we have been stuck in a rain/drizzle/haze. At church on sunday they parking lot was tore up and mud was everywhere so not only is there road grime all over my baby there is mud on its feet. I can't wait for the sun to come out and for it to stop raining so I can go give it a MUCH needed bath.

I guess I feel you guys..... the weekend in Oct 2003 I picked up my TSX it started snowing. I was up in Boston at that time and it just wouldn't stop snowing or raining.... I think I didn't really see what the car looked like (when it was clean and shiny) until the next summer.... talk about new england weather...

Yahoo! The sun came out and the dirt got swept away, it's all good now. The only thing: I didn't realize I would need sunglasses or welding goggles for washing my PWP in the sun. Man this car glows, I couldn't see when I came back in the house. Matter of fact, I'm typing this by feel alone...hope my spelling's good.

Think that's bad? The day I picked mine up -Dec 20th, we had 10 inches of snow. Then over 2 feet 10 days ago and another 10 inches 3 days after that. The darned car i've had washed 4 times and 20 mins later it's all salted up due to melting off the snowbanks. Pretty depressing to have such a nice car and immediately have to get rubber mats to prevent the salt from staining the floor mats. Ugh.

everyone knows that a TSX can predict the weather..... when the car is dirty it is sunny, and when its clean there will be some sort of insane weather incident to screw it all up
