How Long Does It Last?

How long do the stock tires on the 06 tsx last? I know nobody knows this yet but can someone base it off previous TSX tires?

The stock tires are bricks. You could probably get 60K miles out of them if you babied them.

answer: 1 week.
just long enough to get wheels and to put on some very decent yoko avids. I can't imagine how bad high mileage stockers would be.

True.

I got 90,000km out of mine, and that included more than a few drag races.

Does highway driving increase/decrease treadwear? Or is it simply the number of miles?

I don't see the difference between the two choices.
Highway driving = mileage, does it not?

Simple and obvious answer, any type of friction will put wear the tires.
Rougher surfaces equate to more wear, as does hard cornering, fast starts/stops.

Highway driving tends to extend the life of the tires as you're not using them to brake as often.

And the answer to the original question is that it varies with your needs and driving style. Some people got as much as 60k+ miles, others around 20k. It all depends on how hard you drive, where you drive, and how you treat the tires.

also if u do a lot of city driving or poor roads etc, your tires will get more fatigued... whats the difference anyway... when the tread gets too small just by new shoes
